Reg Gupton is President and founder of Creative Growth Seminars, whose focus is assisting forward-thinking companies to increase profit and productivity through application of its sophisticated human assessment strategies and practices. Reg has been a nationwide speaker for a number of years. He utilizes modern technology to enhance his interpersonal skills and draws his audience in from the first moment the program opens.

He has served as Senior Instructor for both the Colorado Association of Realtors® and Residential Sales Council of the National Association of Realtors®. Since 1980, Reg has been a member of the Boulder Area Board of Realtors® (BABR) and has served on various committees. He has been involved in many local community associations as a member of the Board of Directors and Executive Committee, which complement his Real Estate experience and further enhance his leadership and interpersonal skills.

Some of Reg’s successes include founding three companies. Keys to Your Future, Inc. was founded to provide automation training to Realtors®. The Professional Assistants Career Institute provided training to individuals wishing to enter the expanding field of real estate professional assistants and Web Marketing, Inc., a company that specializes in creating profitable Web sites for the real estate industry.

On a personal note, Reg is an avid reader. He reads 70 or more books per year and 10 or more magazines per month. This extensive reading allows him to impart up-to-date knowledge to others and offers insights into areas of sales, marketing, personal growth, etc. Yet you can often find him cross-country skiing, bicycle touring or his greatest love...fly-fishing. It takes personal reflection to make a great speaker and Reg’s hobbies provide the mental space and time to do that.
